Scott Morris. E. Scott made the connection happen with Chris and NCSA over 6 years ago and I’ve watched NCSA evolve into a fantastic educational resource for high school athletes and their families. NCSA is definitely a catalyst that assists HS athletes turn their dreams into a reality.
